SECTION 4 SUPPORT FOR WOMEN IN LATE STAGES OF PREGNANCY

The Asylum Support Appeals Project (ASAP) has successfully challenged the UK Border Agency’s policy of only providing Section 4 (S4) support  to pregnant women who are due to give birth in six weeks.
