Brief outline of services offered: BUMP supports young unaccompanied refugees who are 14-18 years old. These young people have come to the UK alone, without their parents. They are often very isolated and find it difficult to meet people and make friends. BUMP aims to help these young people to overcome isolation and develop the confidence and skills that will help them as they seek to integrate and re-build their lives in the UK .
We provide an opportunity for young refugees to meet with British young people and members of their own communities in a positive, youth-focused and fun setting.
Services we offer include drop-in sessions, an advice surgery, day trips and one-to-one support and advocacy.
Coverage area : Birmingham
