Brief outline of services offered: The Refugee Council One Stop Service in the West Midlands helps asylum seekers and refugees in Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Coventry (West Midlands County), Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Hereford and Worcester, and Shropshire.

We can assist you with issues relating to subsistence and accommodation, which are provided by the National Asylum Support Service (NASS).

Opening times:
You can visit our office on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

We are closed on Tuesdays.
